About the role
Join CARTERS ALBANY As a Customer Service Sales Support team member, you will work alongside our account managers and wider team to service our trade customers by providing exceptional service and delivery to our Trade customers. This is a fast-paced role where your adaptability and versatility will be key, you will work with a collaborative and supportive team and be given every opportunity to develop your career, all whilst having fun along the way.
- Fulfil customer orders, correctly and resolve any issues quickly.
- Coordinate with transport providers to organise timely delivery to customers.
- Organise buy-ins and follow up on backorders to make sure nothing is missed.
- Provide top-notch customer service by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading orders and processing sales documentation for customers on the phone and in store.
- Maintain a seamless store experience ensuring products are displayed accurately and kept neat and tidy.
