The ideal candidate possesses a passion for marketing and innovative ability to create successful campaigns and aid in creating company growth. You’ll be working closely with our Founders and be a part of a small but collaborative community. If you’re up for it, lead teams, craft strategies or drive new initiatives – the sky’s the limit.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in strategizing the overall marketing strategy and implementing all marketing activities
- Take charge of creating, scheduling, and managing content for all social channels.
- Manage all digital Marketing channels.
- Work with the design team to create visually-appealing assets for social engagement.
- Willing to participate in reel creation - comfortable in front of camera
- Own the marketing pipeline for community events, brand programs, and content distribution activities.
- End-to-end execution of marketing plan in collaboration with the internal stakeholders (product teams, creative) to ensure targeted objectives are met
- Manage, monitor, and create internal weekly and monthly reports of all channels and track the effectiveness of campaigns and brand activities
- Assist in drafting content for PR and other marketing materials
- Host live sessions on the likes of Clubhouse, Twitter Spaces, and YouTube Live
- Identify and organize collaborations with influencers
- Host and partake in community-building events
- Construct and execute overall marketing strategies of the company and for different digital mediums such as social media.
- Evaluate, quantify and document the overall marketing efforts of the company
- Stay Up to date with all latest technologies and trends.
Knowledge, Qualifications, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, communications, or any other related field.
- You are able to communicate complex topics in ways that are relatable and understandable.
- Willingness to learn and perform under tight deadlines
- Your English is exceptional; you can clearly and succinctly express yourself in either written or verbal mediums.
- You work well in a team.
- Prior exposure to the creative development process, including multi-media campaign creation and execution
- Strong knowledge of social media channels (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter & Clubhouse) and marketing tools.
- Good Knowledge of SEO is required
- Understands how to manage social media accounts and grow them such as Instagram & Twitter
- Has a keen sense of design and knows how to communicate efficiently
- Have good knowledge of web analytics tools.
