Tasks
- Development, preparation and teaching/coordination of courses, especially integrated courses and trainings
- Supervision of Bachelor and/or Master theses
- Supervision, management, organization of study and interdisciplinary projects
- Regular writing of high quality publications
- Active and passive participation in conferences
- Acquisition and management of research projects
- Establishment of new and deepening of existing industry contacts
- Development, implementation and evaluation of new didactics
- Organizational development and administration work - specific to the application group
- Cooperation in the expansion of international networks
Profile
- Completed doctoral degree in International business, service management, innovation management or equivalent
- Didactic qualification and experience in independent teaching
- Experience in applied research and scientific publication and/or practical experience from the occupational field
- Experience in the acquisition of research projects and funding
- Knowledge of foreign languages, especially English
- International experience an advantage
- Initiative, teamwork, communication skills and spirit of innovation
