Purpose of the Job
This role will assist to proceed customers’ orders and handle full set of air import & export documents. He/she will liaise with customers, agents, and internal teams for freight coordination.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the full set of air import & export documents, including data entry, order follow-up, and cargo arrangement and status monitoring etc.
- Handle and resolve customer enquiries and requests promptly in a professional manner
- Coordinate with airlines and overseas agent to ensure smooth shipment arrangement
- Work closely with Freight Forwarding Team and provide clerical support
- Prepare shipment reports and invoicing
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- High diploma or above in logistics or related discipline
- At least 1-year experience in freight forwarder
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and Outlook
- Detail-oriented with good organisation skill
- Good communication skill and multi-tasking skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates would also be considered
- Immediately available is an advantage
