Event Coordinator with AMAZING upbeat energy!
Experienced freelance Event Coordinator required for Fashion Show program on September 30th. The candidate will have several years of event experience working in a team environment preferably in Fashion Shows, and precedence will go to candidates with luxury brands experience.
- Communicate effectively with a positive and encouraging voice
- Perform your delegated tasks with super-star service and attention to detail
- Use digital devices (walkie talkie) to maintain comms with Event Manager
- Delegate tasks to several direct-reports
- Event Coordinator will oversee 1 of 5 zones on the property, with your own team of a few assistants, stylists and or volunteers (zones include press pit, backstage, media lounge, creator studio, workshop zone)
- Ensure that third-party contractors setup and pack-down within your zone on time, neatly and efficiently
- Provide feedback to show runner, such as any time constraints
- Troubleshooting ad hoc
You will ensure that KPIs are met,
- Event data: within your zone, ensure attendees are engaged (influencers using the live-streaming booths, making their style edits and publishing content) and showrooms are active, ensure that music is consistently engaging and that guests are pleased, and equally WOW'd
- Ensure that everyone to visit your zone has been photographed at the Media Wall with the official press Photograph
- Venue and catering: report any catering needs to venue staff as required
