Job Position: Digital Operations Intern

Job Description
- Your responsibilities include the under listed. However, other duties may be assigned as required by the Partner Services Manager and the Company.
- Manage post consultations process and follow up calls.
- Follow up on lab test recommendations, medicine prescriptions from the user and third party partner.
- Manage the partners’ portal and BroAll Admin end.
- To utilize information resources and stay abreast of changes, developments in the diagnostics business that will be relevant to the Company and her clients.
- Work with the nurses and sales team to onboard doctors including performing demo calls and uploading appropriate documents.
- Manage Doctors' slots availability and appointment status.
- Investigate complaints, drive customer resolution and escalation procedures to make sure service levels are optimized
- Ensure issues are reported and logged for record-keeping and future reference.
- Register and onboard new partners on the partners portal
- Conduct doctor and customer surveys/feedback rating, to ensure service delivery is consistent and maintained at established standards
- Perform quality assurance on all Doctall Products
Qualifications and Requirements
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:
- Minimum of OND in Biological Sciences, or any related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation, tenacity, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with telemedicine, digital healthcare, software testing, or related fields is a plus.
