Responsibilities

1. Responsible for ByteDance customer complaint intelligent construction, helping customer complaint scene problem mining and efficiency improvement, including feedback marking/public opinion analysis/intention understanding/summary summary/field control scheduling/timing prediction, etc. 2. Tracking the latest research results related to NLP direction to continuously improve the application effect of algorithms 3. In-depth participation in product R&D projects, and close cooperation with product managers/business R&D/business quality/operations and other students to improve the overall efficiency and benefits of the project.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors, 5 years or more experience in NLP algorithm research and development, and more than 1 year team management experience 2. Familiar with Linux operating system, proficient in at least one programming language (Python, C++, etc. are preferred), have excellent engineering practice ability, and good code style 4. Familiar with commonly used text analysis and processing tools, proficient in any mainstream machine learning framework such as TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras 5. Have strong modeling ability from business problems to algorithm models, have strong technical curiosity, self-drive and enterprising spirit, and be able to pay attention to and learn from industry best practices in a timely manner Bonus points: 1. Experience in intelligent customer service is preferred 2. Paper publishers in top international conferences (ACL/EMNLP/IJCAI/AAAI/SIGIR, etc.) are preferred .
