Integrative Medicine clinic looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Administrator to support the practice. Experience with Charm Electronic Health Records system required.
Tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones, Intake of new patients and referrals.
- Appointment setting — scheduling, managing cancelations, and sending reminders to patients.
- Calendar management — creating a schedule that includes appointments with patients as well as other commitments, such as meetings and events.
- Patient Billing - Taking payments, ensuring patient communications are routed properly and in a timely manner, following through on tasks, etc.
- Insurance Payment Processing
- Lab Test Ordering
- Supply Ordering
- Website Promotion / Content Creation / Social Media experience a plus but not required
