We’re looking for an experienced Controller to join our amazing team at Elementor. In this position, you’ll oversee budget management, payroll, financial analysis, revenue and expense forecasting, as well as accounts payable and accounts receivable. You’ll collaborate closely with company management on all financial matters and oversee financial planning and analysis, partnering with department leaders to develop financial models, analyze trends, and provide recommendations based on key metrics and insights. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as the valuable insights gained will play a critical role in the success of the company. Success in this position will be demonstrated through actionable data-driven analysis and efficient financial operations.
Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA qualification
- Internship at one of the big 4 - a must
- Experience at B2C low-touch startups - a major advantage
- Prior experience during the internship with Hi-Tech companies, specifically startups
- NetSuite experience - a major advantage
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax reporting requirements
- Reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively
- Excellent English – both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly financial closing process to ensure accurate and timely completion
- Prepare precise financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Establish and maintain global payroll compliance and conduct audits
- Manage preparation of company payroll
- Maintain strong financial controls for all business operations
- Monitor the company’s financial performance
- Create and monitor department budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Analyze company expenditures to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Develop and enforce company expense policies and procedures
- Generate comprehensive financial reports and deliver key metrics to senior management and board members
- Ensure all financial processes adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines and standard
