System Administrator
As a system administrator you are part of a skilled IT-team and you work closely together with our Cloud Architect and CTO. Our stack involves Private cloud hosting, Microsoft Azure cloud hosting with our in-house developed web applications, Enterprise BI server solutions, Office365 with Sharepoint, Teams and Teams phone calling.
You are responsible for the health and optimization of our office & cloud IT infrastructure by working closely with your IT team members and the various DevOps teams to assure change-management, monitoring, follow-up actions and security upkeep are handled according to our IT Standard Operating Procedures, as well as, in accordance with our Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) which is audited under ISO27001.
Additionally, you are the lead in handling IT support tickets with Freshservice on a daily basis from our colleagues and vendors to assure everybody can enjoy a seamless workplace.
You play a key role in maintaining our operational documentation within our internal Wiki and IT backlog of project and change management requests.
Finally, you contribute to the continued (automated) monitoring and alerting regarding key processes and resources management like AAD Users and client/supplier accounts, federated configurations and company specific workloads. Focusing on least-privileged rights for identity management and continued SLA compliancy ranging from cloud resource availability in both Azure VM and Azure Kubernetes hosted environments, as well as ensure our backups and all anti-virus/spam and security solutions are working flawlessly.
You report directly to the CTO. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our systems run smoothly and securely on a daily basis.
Your key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the continuity and optimalisation of the IT infrastructure of our systems and applications
- Installing and maintaining software and hardware systems within our company
- Guide and support employees in the use of devices and software
- Contributing and maintaining our Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions
- Monitor the availability and performance of systems and devices to identify and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- You are an Office365 administrator to handle related support and change requests to Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Teams and the common Office365 app configurations
- You work closely with our Azure Cloud administrator to manage AAD and related services

- Certificate of Moderns Desktop Administrator Associate
- Work experience as System Administrator with Microsoft server technologies
- You have experience with the Microsoft Azure Cloud and AD/AAD/ADDS concepts or AD&ADFS setups
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and Microsoft Windows 10/11 (MD 100 cert is a pre)
- Experience with ITIL and Scrum or Kanban is a pre
