- Bachelor's Degree in any 4 year course
- With a minimum of 3 years in sales management
- Has a Distribution, Leadership and Trainer skills
- With exposure in Modern Trade Management
- Has an experience in handling of supermarket, chain store and drugstore
- Willing to cover the areas of Region 2
