LTO Liaison Staff [Philippines]


 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course.
  • Familiar with LTO process.
  • Must possess valid professional driver's license.
  • With relevant experience on the position is an advantage.
  • Articulate, has keen eye for details and works meticulously.
  • Willing to do fieldwork.

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Register plates to LTO office and Claim the processed plates
  • Prepares and process documents for Land Transportation Office (LTO)
  • Supports in the processing of documents for the sales reporting and initial motor vehicles registration.
  • Transacts, signs, and receives the original motor vehicle Official Receipts, Certificate of Registration, Certifications and other pertinent registration documents.
  • Transacts, signs and receives the motor vehicle / motor car plates and stickers.
  • Respects and observes the work rules, other internal rules, and management policy.
  • Responsible in processing LTO renewal of company vehicles.
  • Prepares all needed documents such as certification of purchase unit, authenticated certificate of Cover /PTL from house and outside insurance company.
  • Monitor weekly plate numbers on hand.
