QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4 year course.
- Familiar with LTO process.
- Must possess valid professional driver's license.
- With relevant experience on the position is an advantage.
- Articulate, has keen eye for details and works meticulously.
- Willing to do fieldwork.
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
- Register plates to LTO office and Claim the processed plates
- Prepares and process documents for Land Transportation Office (LTO)
- Supports in the processing of documents for the sales reporting and initial motor vehicles registration.
- Transacts, signs, and receives the original motor vehicle Official Receipts, Certificate of Registration, Certifications and other pertinent registration documents.
- Transacts, signs and receives the motor vehicle / motor car plates and stickers.
- Respects and observes the work rules, other internal rules, and management policy.
- Responsible in processing LTO renewal of company vehicles.
- Prepares all needed documents such as certification of purchase unit, authenticated certificate of Cover /PTL from house and outside insurance company.
- Monitor weekly plate numbers on hand.
