- 5 + years hands-on experience as DBA and 2+ years on MongoDB.
- Administrations on AWS or any of the cloud platforms like GCP, AZURE
- Should have worked on UNIX platforms preferably on HP, Linux, and Solaris.
- Experience in MongoDB, Docker, Replication, Ops Manager and JSON.
- Good to have Familiarity with other SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Enterprise MongoDB Installation of Version 3.4 and above also must have good hands on to configure Docker MongoDB Images on Linux servers.
- Excellent MongoDB internals knowledge storage engines, concurrency, memory, journaling and checkpoints.
- Troubleshooting performance issues profiler, indexes, and server status and host metrics.
- Upgrades and maintenance of production and development environments.
- MongoDB Security: Auditing, Kerberos, authorization and internal/external authentication methods available in Enterprise MongoDB version.
